Registration

All participants, including presenters, are required to register for the conference. Please note that paper submission or acceptance does not constitute registration.
Conference registration follows a two step procedure:

  1. Complete the online registration form, including information on dietary restrictions and accessibility requirements:

  2. Pay the conference fee via (to be announced)

The registration deadline for presenters is (to be announced), while non presenting participants may register until (to be announced). Registration may close earlier if capacity is reached.
The registration fee covers access to all keynote and parallel sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception. Owing to the generous support of our sponsors, reduced registration fees are available for PhD students. Participation in the conference dinner is optional and subject to an additional fee. Travel and accommodation expenses, as well as any additional social or cultural activities, are not included and must be arranged independently by participants.

Subject to availability, a limited number of tickets for the welcome reception and/or conference dinner may be offered to accompanying persons. Interested participants should indicate this option on the registration form

In addition, a limited number of registration fee waivers or travel grants may be available for presenters. Requests for financial support must be submitted together with the paper submission.
